Update times stay current

Elapsed-time labels for odds, scores, and selections now keep counting while you browse and catch up after an app switch.

Time labels keep moving

The time since the last update now advances on visible odds, score, and selection cards without waiting for new data. Loading and scrolling no longer freeze these labels. This changes the displayed age, not the underlying quote or score timestamp.

Catch up after an app switch

Visible labels refresh when you return to Foresyt. Cards that were hidden catch up when they become visible again. These label updates do not trigger extra data requests or add price-history samples.

This change is merged into main. The project remains configured for build 42; this note does not confirm TestFlight or App Store availability.
