These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Foresyt website, mobile application, and related services operated by Foresyt LLC (“Foresyt,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using Foresyt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What Foresyt Provides
Foresyt provides informational tools designed to help users understand sports betting markets, including odds, market movement, pricing differences, statistical information, and other market analysis.
Foresyt does not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, place bets on behalf of users, or control the odds or markets offered by sportsbooks.
Foresyt is an informational service. Nothing displayed in Foresyt guarantees the outcome of a game, market, wager, or financial result.
2. No Picks or Guaranteed Outcomes
Information provided by Foresyt, including +EV opportunities, arbitrage opportunities, middles, low-hold markets, opening or closing movement, historical information, market signals, statistics, and related analysis, is provided for informational purposes only.
Sports markets can change quickly, and past results do not guarantee future results.
You are responsible for evaluating any information provided by Foresyt and making your own decisions.
3. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for determining whether sports wagering is legal where you are located and whether you meet all applicable age, location, and eligibility requirements.
Foresyt does not encourage you to violate any law or the terms of any sportsbook.
Any decision to place a wager is made independently by you and at your own risk. Foresyt is not responsible for wagers, losses, winnings, sportsbook account restrictions, or other consequences resulting from your betting activity.
Foresyt is intended for adults 21 and older. You are responsible for meeting all applicable age, location, and eligibility requirements before using sports-wagering services.
4. Sportsbooks and Third-Party Data
Foresyt may display information originating from sportsbooks, sports-data providers, technology providers, or other third parties.
Odds, prices, scores, statistics, market availability, and other information may change, be delayed, contain errors, or become unavailable.
Foresyt does not control third-party sportsbooks and is not responsible for their pricing, rules, availability, account decisions, settlement decisions, payouts, errors, or services.
Links or references to third-party services do not mean that Foresyt controls or guarantees those services.
5. Accounts
Some Foresyt features may require an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity occurring through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect Foresyt, our users, or the security of the service.
6. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some Foresyt features may require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple’s App Store are billed and managed through your Apple account and are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
Foresyt may use RevenueCat to validate purchases, determine subscription status, and provide access to paid features.
If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, it will continue according to the terms presented by the App Store unless you cancel it through your Apple account.
Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests relating to App Store purchases may be handled by Apple under its applicable policies.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use Foresyt to:
Violate applicable law.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Foresyt or another user’s account.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the service.
Use automated systems to overload, abuse, or improperly extract data from the service.
Circumvent access controls or subscription restrictions.
Copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially redistribute Foresyt’s proprietary service or data without authorization.
Use Foresyt for fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity.
We may take reasonable steps to prevent abuse or protect the service.
8. Intellectual Property
Foresyt and its original software, branding, interface, designs, graphics, written content, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Foresyt LLC unless otherwise stated.
Sportsbook names, league names, team names, trademarks, statistics, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Using Foresyt does not transfer ownership of any Foresyt intellectual property to you.
9. Service Availability and Disclaimer
We work to keep Foresyt accurate and available, but sports-market information and technology services can change or experience interruptions.
To the extent permitted by law, Foresyt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, accurate, or available.
We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Foresyt LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use Foresyt.
This includes losses related to betting decisions, unavailable or inaccurate market information, third-party sportsbooks, service interruptions, or unauthorized account access.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using Foresyt at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security concerns, or conduct that threatens Foresyt or its users.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice before terminating access.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Foresyt, our services, or applicable requirements change.
When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice through the website, application, email, or another appropriate method when required.
Your continued use of Foresyt after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
