Desktop header spacing

Desktop windows keep their intended top spacing instead of adding padding from the monitor position.

What changed

Desktop layouts now keep the header spacing defined by the app. Desktop screen coordinates no longer feed into mobile safe-area padding, avoiding unwanted space above the app.

Mobile safe-area handling is unchanged. iOS and Android still apply padding for display cutouts.

Availability

This fix is merged into the Build 50 code. A distributed app build containing it has not been verified.
