v1.0 • Build 58

Loading recovery and accessibility

Build 58 adds clearer loading and retry states, earlier Home feed downloads, browser session handling, and larger-text and reduced-motion support.

Loading and recovery

Home starts loading its insights earlier, alongside other data requests. Compressed feeds and larger download chunks reduce transfer and frame-by-frame reading overhead. Background polling no longer cancels an active Home download.

Home shows loading feedback, reports expired feeds, and can render a core-data fallback when available. Failed requests get a visible retry action. Markets recovery stays tied to the selected event, and missing team details do not prevent other data from loading. Empty league-wide odds are distinguished from request failures.

The browser startup screen adds a retry button for slow or failed startup. Analysis uploads receive one fresh retry after an exhausted broken-pipe failure. These changes do not establish a measured production speed or reliability guarantee.

Browser sign-in and account settings

Browser sign-in uses the browser authentication SDK for session persistence and token refresh, with email, supported provider, phone verification, and account-deletion flows. A change of account in another browser tab reloads the app so the previous account's state is not reused. Sign-in errors explain common problems such as blocked pop-ups or a lost connection.

Settings uses the current account's validated subscription-management link and explains when none is available. Free-beta access remains separate from a paid subscription.

Layout and accessibility

The app adds support for larger system text and reduced-motion preferences, updated safe-area and keyboard handling, and accessibility labels for sign-in controls. Short landscape layouts with large text can collapse filters to keep the feed reachable.

Cards adapt their title and statistics layout to the available width. Moneylines no longer display a meaningless line value. Home keeps a moving window of card views while retaining the full result list and calculator state when cards return into view.

Optional diagnostics

Consented failure reporting uses fixed categories instead of raw response bodies or URLs. Restored sessions initialize analytics once without counting each token refresh as a new login. Analytics remains optional.

What to check

For changes included in your installed build, open Home immediately after launch, switch sports while loading, and try a weak connection followed by retry. Confirm that Markets recovers the selected event without resetting unrelated screens. Distinguish an empty result from a failed request.

Test sign-in, restored sessions, account switching, saved selections, and calculator inputs after scrolling away and back. Check larger text, reduced motion, light and dark appearance, landscape filters, keyboard access, and subscription-management links. Do not make a purchase to test free-beta access.

Include your installed build, device, connection type, screen, steps, and a screenshot in feedback. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or payment details.

Availability

These changes are merged into main through Build 58. Availability depends on the installed app and deployed services. Use the build shown in your TestFlight invitation; Build 58 distribution has not been independently verified.
