Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 26, 2026
Foresyt is operated by Foresyt LLC (“Foresyt,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use the Foresyt mobile application, visit our website, join our waitlist, or contact us.
We designed Foresyt to help users understand sports betting markets and opportunities. We limit our collection of personal information to what is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
Information we collect
Depending on the features available in the version of Foresyt you use, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, account identifier, profile preferences, searches performed in the app, customer-support communications, subscription and purchase status, and information about how you interact with the app. We may also collect crash reports, performance measurements, network and API errors, request timestamps, response codes, device and operating-system information, authentication events, and other technical diagnostics used to maintain the reliability and security of Foresyt.
Account and contact information: When you create a Foresyt account, we collect your email address and generate an account identifier. Your email address is used to authenticate your account, communicate about account-related matters, and help you recover access. When you join our website waitlist, we collect the email address you provide. Waitlist information is maintained separately from your in-app account unless you use the same email address for both services. When you contact us, we collect the information contained in your message and any additional information you voluntarily provide.
Preferences and saved content: We may store preferences associated with your account, including: favorite sport; default app tab; light or dark theme; remember-me selection; analytics-consent selection; notification or refresh preferences. Saved cards, markets, or similar selections may be stored locally on your device. Locally stored information is removed when you log out if the app is configured to clear it, when you clear the app’s data, or when you uninstall the app.
Subscription and purchase information: Subscriptions are purchased through Apple’s App Store and managed for Foresyt through RevenueCat. We may receive: the subscription product or plan purchased; subscription status and expiration date; free-trial or introductory-offer status; purchase and renewal history; transaction and receipt identifiers; refund, cancellation, or billing-status information; the entitlement associated with your account. Foresyt does not receive or store your complete payment-card number, bank-account information, or Apple Account password. Payment information is entered and processed through Apple.
Analytics and usage information: When you affirmatively enable analytics, we may collect information about how you interact with Foresyt, including: app launches and sessions; screens and features viewed; buttons or tabs selected; feature usage and navigation patterns; general engagement with sports, markets, or opportunity categories; app version, operating-system version, device model, language, and similar technical information. We use this information to understand feature performance, identify problems, plan improvements, and measure general product usage. You may disable optional analytics at any time through Foresyt’s Settings. Disabling analytics stops future optional analytics collection but does not automatically delete analytics information collected before you changed the setting. You may request deletion as described below. Essential server, security, authentication, purchase-validation, and error logs may still be processed when analytics is disabled because they are necessary to operate and protect the service.
Technical and diagnostic information: Our systems and service providers may process technical information such as: Internet Protocol address; app and SDK version; device and operating-system information; authentication and installation identifiers; cloud-function invocation information; request timestamps; network errors and response codes; crash or performance information, when diagnostic services are included in the app. We use this information to authenticate requests, maintain security, prevent fraud, troubleshoot errors, monitor service reliability, and improve performance. We do not use an Internet Protocol address to create a precise-location history.
We use the information described above to: create, authenticate, and maintain user accounts; provide sports data, market analysis, saved preferences, and other app features; validate subscriptions and determine access to paid features; personalize settings and remember user selections; maintain security and prevent unauthorized access or fraud; respond to support and privacy requests; diagnose crashes, outages, and performance problems; understand product usage when analytics consent has been provided; send requested waitlist, service, security, and account communications; comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not use saved selections or account activity to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models without first obtaining affirmative consent.
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as necessary to operate Foresyt, fulfill user requests, protect the service, or comply with law.
Google Firebase and Google Cloud: We use Google Firebase and related Google Cloud services for services that may include authentication, database hosting, file storage, cloud functions, analytics, security, and diagnostics. Depending on the Firebase components included in the current version of Foresyt, Firebase may process account identifiers, email addresses, device and app information, authentication information, function-invocation metadata, Internet Protocol addresses, usage events, or diagnostic information.
RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to validate App Store purchases, manage subscription status, prevent purchase fraud, and provide paid entitlements. RevenueCat processes purchase history and may process a Foresyt account identifier when subscription access is connected to your account.
Apple: Apple processes App Store purchases, subscription billing, refunds, and related transaction information under Apple’s own terms and privacy practices. Foresyt receives only the purchase and entitlement information needed to provide subscription access.
Legal and safety disclosures: We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required to: comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or lawful government request; protect the rights, safety, or property of Foresyt, our users, or others; investigate fraud, security incidents, abuse, or violations of our agreements; complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy protections. We require service providers that process personal information for Foresyt to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable privacy requirements.
Advertising, selling, and tracking
Foresyt does not currently: display third-party advertising; sell or rent personal information; share personal information with data brokers; use information collected from Foresyt to target advertising in other companies’ apps or websites; combine Foresyt activity with third-party data for cross-app advertising measurement.
Under Apple’s definition, this means Foresyt does not use collected information for tracking.
We will update this policy and our App Store privacy disclosures before introducing any practice that materially changes these statements.
Data retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
Account information and preferences: Retained while your account remains active. Following a confirmed account-deletion request, account information and associated preferences are deleted or de-identified from active systems within 30 days, except for information we are legally required to retain.
Locally saved selections: Retained on your device until you log out, clear the app’s data, delete the selection, or uninstall the app.
Optional analytics and diagnostic information: Retained for up to 14 months unless a shorter retention period is required by law or selected in our service-provider settings.
Waitlist information: Retained until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or have had no interaction with our waitlist communications for 24 months.
Backups: Residual copies may remain in protected backups for up to 90 days. Backup copies are isolated from routine use and removed through normal backup-expiration procedures.
Purchase records: Limited transaction records may be retained when necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, subscription disputes, tax compliance, or other legal obligations. We do not retain complete payment-card information.
Security: We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards may include encrypted network connections, authenticated access, restricted administrative permissions, Firebase security rules, logging, and service-provider security controls. No electronic transmission, storage system, or security process can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your rights
Access and correction: You can review or update available account information and preferences through Foresyt’s Settings. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or a copy of personal information that we maintain about you.
Children’s privacy
Foresyt is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn that personal information was collected from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us at [PRIVACY EMAIL ADDRESS].
Foresyt provides informational sports-market analysis and does not itself accept or place wagers. Age and eligibility restrictions relating to sports wagering are governed by applicable law and the terms of any third-party sportsbook a user chooses to visit.
International processing
Foresyt and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our product, service providers, legal obligations, or information practices change.
When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice through the app, website, email, or another appropriate method before the changes become effective when required.
